Ce Pu Erh millésimé de 2015 provient des montagnes du Yunnan, berceau historique du thé sombre chinois. Lentement vieilli pendant plusieurs années, il révèle une liqueur d’un brun profond. Son goût est élégant et fin, avec des notes de sous-bois et de champignons.
Un thé d’exception pour les amateurs de thés post-fermentés, apprécié autant pour ses arômes que pour ses vertus digestives.
Recommandation de notre master :
Pour une dégustation optimale de ce Pu Erh 2015, utilisez environ 5 grammes de feuilles pour 200 ml d’eau. Faites chauffer l’eau entre 95 et 100°C, puis procédez à une première infusion de 20 à 30 secondes.
Pour les infusions suivantes, ajoutez environ 10 secondes à chaque passage afin d’ajuster l’intensité selon votre préférence. Vous pouvez ainsi réaliser 6 à 8 infusions successives, chacune révélant de nouvelles nuances aromatiques.
La méthode Gong Fu Cha, à l’aide d’une petite théière en terre ou d’un gaiwan, est particulièrement recommandée pour apprécier toute la richesse de ce thé vieilli.
