Orange-red in color, this infusion is characterized by its fruity accents with notes of apricot and ripe apples, a scent of muscat reinforces its sweetness. For lovers of teas that are both light and rich in texture.
Remarks
This tea could be an elegant alternative to Sauternes for lovers of foie gras. Produced in Yunnan, it is made using a different picking technique (Mao Feng): the downy buds are still attached to the first two leaves at the time of picking. Annual production of this vintage is limited to 800 kilograms per year.
