The scent of jasmine that emerges from this crystalline infusion is nuanced by the fruity and floral notes of white tea. The infusion is very sweet and thirst-quenching in the mouth.

Remarks

Traditionally, only the addition of flowers is used to flavor certain Chinese teas. In the West, jasmine tea is the most popular representative. Less known to us are tea blends with rose, osmanthus, chrysanthemum, orchid or magnolia petals. For this tea, the production of which is limited to 200 kg per year, the white tea buds are scented in contact with freshly picked jasmine flowers in a proportion of 10 kg of flowers per 1 kg of tea.

Very startling feeling when tasting this sparkling tea. Nice to taste by itself, so as to get all the delicate flavors. Extremely refreshing. Tested it with a fresh carpaccio of scallops, salmon, mango with a lime sauce, perfect pairing! And everyone can drive home safely 👍🏻
